Our CPS CENLA Hub project in Vernon Parish, Louisiana has won national accolades as a model for community engagement in the carbon management industry. Winning support from local leaders and families for successfully reflecting the community’s values, the “Capturing Better Futures” initiative is a workforce training program for local high school students co-sponsored by CPS, the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters, and the Vernon Parish School Board.
